Bailey
Hey there! I’m Bailey – mom of two loud, wild, rambunctious, but absolutely precious babies (who don’t happen to actually be babies anymore), and wife to a hunting, fishing, golfing, flying, adventurous, supportive, and driven husband who continually pushes me to be my best and is always up for my (often ridiculous) shenanigans .
I am a full time Business Manager (and pharmacy technician when they need me to be) for an independent pharmacy in my hometown where I’ve worked for 20 years. I am so blessed to be able to work while having the freedom of being there for my littles.
I am a lover of all things crafty and spend any free time I might have creating something.
Despite my OCD tendencies and constant efforts to keep things in order, our house is usually loud, wild, chaotic, and crazy; and to be honest, I wouldn’t want it any other way… no matter how crazy it makes me!
As the gal behind the keyboard, my hope is to bring you happiness, inspiration, raw and honest emotions, lots of laughs, crafts & DIY from time to time, and the real happenings of this “lively” life we are living!
Isaac
The ultimate hunter, fisher, golfer, and dad extraordinaire, Isaac is always down for an adventure and some fun. He’s rarely still, and is always willing to pick up a new hobby or two! Several years ago after many hours of learning, studying, flying with an instructor, and testing, he was awarded his private pilot’s license. Although it’s a little rough on my nerves, I am so proud of him for working so hard and achieving this!
He has worked at PTCI for the last 6 years in various positions and is currently a Maintenance Cable Splicer. He’s (really) loud, always happy, and quite the prankster. He spends his time coaching or watching Barrett and Hudsyn in their many activities, but if he gets a spare minute, he can usually be found on the golf course or planning a fishing or hunting trip – unless I’ve got project ideas! 🙂
Barrett
Our boy LOVES all things sports and outdoors. Barrett is especially good at soccer and plays on a couple of club teams in the area. I don’t know much about soccer, but he sure is fun to watch! He also plays and enjoys basketball, baseball, and golf and thinks he wants to try football, but I’m hoping he changes his mind! 🙂 He loves hunting and fishing and is always ready for the next adventure. Like Isaac, he is rarely still, and he almost always has some kind of ball in his hand hoping someone with play catch; and, if he isn’t playing a sport, he’s probably watching one on TV.
Barrett is 10 years old and just completed his 5th grade year. He might not admit it, but he is kind of a momma’s boy and has a big heart, despite his constant smack talking and taunting. 🙂
Hudsyn
A lover of all things girly, Hudsyn is the princess of the house. She is a competitive T&T (trampoline & tumbling) gymnast, and has worked so hard to learn new skills and perfect the ones she already knows over the last couple of years. She has the best coaches and teammates and the gym she trains at has been such a godsend – not only in her life, but also ours.
Hudsyn has been through much more in her short 8 years than many adults and is the toughest girl I know. Born with a cleft lip and palate, she has endured numerous surgeries and hardships, but manages to keep a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye.
She loves ALL the sweets and would eat nothing else if that were an option. She talks and/or sings nearly every minute of the day, and loves her people hard. She is positive like Isaac and can find the silver lining in just about anything, but also emotional and sometimes just needs a good cry like her momma.
Hudsyn is 8 years old and just completed her 2nd grade year. Despite her sometimes brutally honest remarks, she is a sweetheart and can be the ultimate hype girl – I’m glad she’s in my corner!
