I am usually a very organized, on top of things person. Well, baby Barrett has significantly changed that for me! It is ridiculous! I always thought the whole “Pregnancy Brain” thing was a joke; however, I am now a firm believer! I am forgetting things left and right, and am just not “on my game” like I used to be. I have been assured this will pass after giving birth and I sure hope so! There is way too much going on right now for me to be so forgetful – Alyssa’s wedding to help with, my mom’s 50th birthday party to plan, and baby stuff to get ready for among many other things. This is driving me crazy! I had to call my mom yesterday and see what I had told her I was going to do on my day off this week… because I sure couldn’t remember!
With that being said, here I am posting late once again! This has been a crazy couple of weeks. We got new laminate flooring in our house so things have been everywhere – including my brain! I’d like to think Barrett is just getting super smart in there – even if he has to take my brains while he does it!
I am growing quickly which means he is too! Yay – until delivery time – then maybe I will wish he wasn’t quite so big…. 
He is an active little guy, and keeps his momma on her toes with his jabs, elbows, and kicks.
This weekend, some of our best friends are getting married and Isaac and I are both in the wedding. I am so excited for them, but can’t say I’m too excited about looking “large and in charge” in all the pictures, etc. It will be a busy one, but then maybe we can really get going on Barrett’s room and then I can relax some the rest of the pregnancy. He will be here before we know it, and I can’t believe it! Soon we are going to be parents, and get to hold our sweet son!
