There is never a dull moment with this little guy…
He is always into something….
Or climbing on something…
Or riding something…
He has also mastered the “selfie.” And he really likes to take the oicture (push the button) himself…
We had a snow one weekend so we took Barrett out to play. It was a pretty wet snow… So we didn’t know what he would think, but he loved it. Mean mom eventually had to make him come inside because I was afraid his fingers were going to fall off.
He played and played and never fussed once.
He got to spend an afternoon with Honey while Mrs. Amy went to watch Camry play basketball. I dropped him off at Honey’s office and the spoiling began – before I was even out the door!
Then when I went to pick him up after work this was the first thing I saw…
I don’t have photo evidence of the craziness that went on when I wasn’t around…. But when he threw a fit about something silly, Honey fixed it with a candy cane. I think he’s got her wrapped around his little finger.
Barrett is getting so big. I’m amazed every day at the new things he learns. It’s going so fast – he’s not my little baby anymore. The open mouth kisses are a thing of the past … We are on to fishy-face kisses.
And he is learning to fold his hands and say his prayers – melts my heart.
Now if we can master closing his eyes! 😉
One night after we ate at meme’s he got to listen to uncle B play the guitar and sing for the first time since he has been old enough to really care and he wasn’t sure what to think. He liked it but kept wanting to put his hand inside…
But the first thing he did was turn the tuning switches… Good thing uncle B adores this boy 🙂
This picture melts my heart. My two bubbas making the same face. Barrett has always reminded me of Braxton when he was little 💙💙.
Honey got him some loafers. His other dress shoes were getting pretty small so she fixed him up. If you couldn’t tell, he loves his new “shoe-shoes.”
Im not sure what I did with all of my time before I had this little monster. Life had to be so boring. I thank God for him every day.
